What's in your gym bag? 


What do you do to stay motivated? 

I love setting myself quite ambitious training goals that I have to work away at, sometimes it will take me months to get to it! But the progress along the way keeps me really focused and excited. I also like going to a lot of other workouts and trying new things. Mostly anything moving motivates me, even if it's my really bad dancing! 


What's your favorite pre-workout and or post-workout snack? 

I'm very much a protein powder girl. Pre-workout I will have half a scoop of Whey Protein Isolate mixed with water and post workout I'll have one scoop with water. Sometimes I'll add some glutamine, blueberries and Maca powder and blend it up if I'm at home but I always like to keep it simple.


What song are you into right now to get you motivated? 

Love feat Zacari by Kendrick Lamar


How do you unwind? 

Yoga, basketball, hanging with friends, or going to the beach if I can!


Morning and night routine? 

WORKOUT! haha I'm always working out in the morning whether it's training others or myself then I often teach a class at night time also or go to another workout like SLT. I love to make breakfast and dinner at home, I think there is something special about having that time at home then I like to quiet down with some Tumeric Ginger Tulsi tea and some Netflix.


How many hours of sleep do you get? 

I'm a terrible sleeper, it's something I've always struggled with. I aim for 8 but usually get 6! 


What time do you wake up? 

5:15am every day :)
