  • 1 sachet Metabolism Super Powder
  • 1/2 a medium, ripe avocado
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 pinch cayenne (a little goes a long way—start slow and adjust to your liking)
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract



In a bowl, mash avocado very well with a fork until smooth. Add Metabolism Super Powder and spices and stir vigorously to combine. Chill for at least 1 hour (or longer) before enjoying. Optional: top with berries, hemp seeds, chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
