This clean, whole food smoothie recipe defines what it means to truly eat pretty; it embraces many of Sakara's most cherished pillars of nutrition: spinach, to get in cleansing chlorophyll and microbiome-loving fiber; organic fruits and veggies to hydrate at the cellular level; good fats to satiate, de-flame the body and support your skin; and trace minerals to supercharge it all, and encourage nutrient absorption. 



  • Red-berry blend: 
    • 4-5 strawberries 
    • 1/4 cup blueberries 
    • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 5 droppers of Beauty Water Drops
  • 1/2 cup of fresh spinach 
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • A few shelled-walnut halves 



  • Plant-based fiber (in the spinach) keeps cortisol under control and boosts collagen production to prevent wrinkles 
  • Antioxidants (found in the berries) defend your cells by neutralizing harmful free radicals before they can wreak havoc on your skin for a pimple-free face
