The Maca-Mocha Metabolism Brew
Ingredients:
- Organic brewed coffee (We like Canyon Coffee or Biodynamic Coffee)
- Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 packet Metabolism Super Powder
- 1 tablespoon mushroom blend powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1 tablespoon Tocos
- 1 tablespoon plant-based collagen powder
- 2-4 ounces nut mylk of choice
Directions:
- In a French press, dust a few shakes of Ceylon cinnamon on top of fresh coffee grounds, pour boiling water, and allow the cinnamon and coffee to intermingle as it brews
- Once brewed, pour coffee in a blender; then, add all powders and nut mylk of choice.
