A metabolism-revving recipe featuring floral notes and cacao.

These decadent bars are an ode to the fragrant flowers we love so much. Tranquil lavender and heart-opening rose top a beautifully chewy base—imparting a soft floral touch to every fudgey bite.

It may seem like a treat fit for high tea, but this recipe is easy enough to quickly quell post-dinner cravings. And, by virtue of our Metabolism Super Powder, these bars also deliver a digestion-revving, bloat-easing, bliss-inducing boost. What’s not to love?

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Metabolism Super Powder
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • Sprinkle of lavender/rose petals

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, stir together honey, Metabolism Super Powder, cacao powder, coconut oil, almond butter, salt, and vanilla until thoroughly combined. It should resemble a soft, slightly sticky, fudge-like dough.
  2. Add cacao nibs and mix gently until combined.
  3. Place dough onto the middle of a piece of parchment paper and fold the parchment paper over the dough.
  4. With a rolling pin or with your hands, gently press on the folded parchment paper to slightly flatten the dough and form the dough into a square.
  5. Once it is formed into your preferred thickness and shape, sprinkle with dried lavender and rose petals.
  6. Place in your fridge for 30 minutes to chill. Take out and enjoy!
