The only non-negotiable? The gut-loving kraut or kimchi. The microbiome, filled with 38 trillion living organisms, make up 50 percent of your cells. Foster balance with your better half with (delicious!) living cultures that support the system responsible for everything from your sleep to your sex drive, your energy, body composition, appetite, and beyond.

 

PROBIOTIC MACRO BOWL

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa 
  • 1/3 cup garbanzo beans 
  • ¼ cup ruby sauerkraut or kimchi
  • 1/3 cup steamed broccoli 
  • ¼ avocado 
  • 1 green onion, sliced thinly
  • sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup coconut yogurt

Process:

  1. In a bowl, arrange the quinoa, garbanzo beans, sauerkraut, and broccoli in sections. Top with avocado, green onion, and sesame seeds. 
  2. Whisk coconut yogurt with lemon juice. Season with salt, and serve on the side.
