Powerfully restorative sleep could be in your future tonight, but it does require some thoughtful planning. According to Yoga Nidra expert and author of Radiant Rest, Tracee Stanley, creating a sensual, slowed-down set of rituals before bedtime can shift your mental space into a slower pace, signaling to your physical body it's time to regenerate. Set the mood for a potent physical reset with music—think: mantra, binaural beats, or entrancing sound currents that do nothing but lull.

With that in mind, Stanley offered up her ultimate bath-time playlist as a nighttime ritual to shift the mood. Penciling in a luxurious soak isn't superfluous self-care, but can in fact help reset your hormones, nervous system, and circadian rhythms"Enjoy this healing playlist as you relax and soak the day away," Stanley offers. "Taking a warm bath 60-90 minutes before bedtime is a wonderful way to prepare for deep sleep as it helps to lower your core body temperature—an important circadian sleep signal."
